Q: QuestionCan the cooking time be set by pressing the numbered buttons alone, or do you have to press "cook time" first? In other words, can you press "33" then "start," for 33-seconds or do you have to press "cook time" then "33" then "start?" Thank you!

• A:Answer Hello! Operating different cook settings can be confusing and we would like to offer help. Cook Time allows you to microwave for any time up to 99 minutes and 99 seconds. To operate: 1. Press Cook Time. 2. Enter cooking time. 3. The power level is automatically set to 10, but if you want to reduce it, press Power Level, then select a level from 1 to 9. 4. Press Start/Pause- You may open the door during Cook Time to check the food. Close the door and press Start/Pause to resume cooking. Q: QuestionI see that the turntable is 10 1/2 inches in diameter. Often there is more room inside than the size of the turntable. My dinner plates measure 10 7/8 in diameter. Will they fit in this microwave.

• A:Answer Hi - We recommend 3" of air clearance on the sides and top of the microwave as well as 1" air clearance behind the unit. We also recommend 3" of clearance at the front to avoid accidental tipping of the unit. We're glad you checked! Vikki@GEA
