• A:Answer Since parchment paper is OK for regular air fryers, I thought it would be OK when air frying using this 4-in-1 microwave but I WAS WRONG. The parchment paper began to char, turning black. I got it out of there but assume it might have caught fire if I left it in long enough.

Q: QuestionTrying to figure out why my new oven is not level, I lifted up the bottom to look under and saw what appears to be a silver screw coming through the bottom. Its on the right. Anyone else notice this? It may explain the grey marks on the counter. Thanks!

The product should be 100% zero of default but do not forget to buy +3 year warranty, since daily use i put it on a wire rack shelf covered with a thick cardboard this microwave is quiet, i have already use the combination,air fry everything is perfect

• A:Answer The Microwave is 21" wide by 12" high but to have the unit fit near flush in a cabinet is should be at least 16" deep. If you are OK with a 1" stick-out then a 15" deep cabinet would work.
