“The push button does not open the door after unlock. When I press the open button the doors does not open as though the latch is broken”

• This model does have a child lock feature. To disable this, see the instructions on page 11 of the Use and Care Manual in the "Child Resistant Door Operation" and "How to Disable Child Lock" sections. You can locate the Use and Care Manual in the "Features" section of this product page.

• The oven has a child lock. Push the"cancel/stop" button to unlock. The packaging includes instructions to disable the child lock completely.
