• A:Answer Hi - Thanks so much for reaching out about this terrific microwave. There aren't any additional accessories available for purchase for this model. Two racks and a crisper pan are included with the microwave. The stainless steel crisper pan is specially designed for use with Air Fry mode. When using the convection bake cooking, air fry, or broil, metal pans are recommended. When combination cooking or microwave cooking, glass or glass-ceramic and heat-resistant plastic are recommended. Additional cookware suggestions can be found on page 16 in the owner's manual. Q: QuestionWow, finally set this up, after being too intimidated by the vague cooking directions in the manual for 5 months. I hope I will love it soon! As far as the short metal rack, do I remove the orange silicone feet protectors or leave them on? Thanks!

Q: QuestionJust want to clarify something. An answer here conflicts with one on the GE webpage. If the light should stop working can it be replaced? By an authorized Tech? Would it be covered by warranty? Or once it burns out or stops working then no light?

• A:Answer Hey there, and thanks for this great question! We appreciate your interest in this countertop microwave, and apologize for any confusion over the light. The interior light can be replaced, though a technician would need to do so because of its location in the microwave. Service can be scheduled by calling 1-800-432-2737. Service done to replace the light would not generally be covered by the limited one year manufacturer’s warranty; we regret any inconvenience that causes, but ‘Service to repair or replace light bulbs, except for LED lamps’ does fall under the section not covered by the warranty. If it might be useful for you, further details about the warranty are provided on page 23 of the Use and Care manual, which can be viewed on our GE website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. • A:Answer We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us about this! The interior dimensions of this microwave are: 13.98" x 9.49" x 13.23" (WxHxD). The food, dish, or pan should have a least 1" clearance (in all directions) from the walls and door. This allows the turntable to rotate properly without the food or pan touching the sides, as well as allows for proper circulation. If you already own this model, We recommend you measure to determine the size of the cookware you can use based on the cooking function. We hope this helps! • A:Answer This microwave model requires adequate air clearance on each side, the rear and the top to function properly. This allows good circulation for the intake and discharge of air vents. The suggested air clearances are 3" of clearance on both sides and the top, with 1" clearance in the rear.
