Can I put this in a food truck in Indiana null

Not an Indiana-in, or whatever you call yourself, so I can't give you a definitive answer, and it might depend on local food laws as well. Also, this is not a commercial unit, which are hardier (and labelled as "commercial use"). But if you have a truck with the proper power supply and space, it should work.
