I bought this, why is it blue??? null

You need to peel off the plastic film. Anything blue is plastic!

It is a blue plastic wrap not the color of the oven itself. You can take it off.

Many microwaves are now packed with a plastic film applied to the outside of the door and control panel to prevent scratching during shipping. Dorita, the blue is a protective coating that can be pulled off like a sticker.

How do I get to the wire in the door panel

It's not Dorita. It is covered by blue shrink wrap that you remove. Even the box says "Why is it blue?".

Yes, mine was aqua color - not true stainless. Not told at the store about this, I assumed I was buying an all stainless steel one.
