“I have been reading some reviews about problems with setting the time for less than a minute and when does the microwave stop cooking. How would I set the cook time for less than a minute? Also when the microwave beeps, does it stop cooking?”

You set the cook time by pressing 'Time Cook' and then enter the number of seconds. It stops cooking when microwave beeps.

Hello Maggie - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. To set the cooking time for less than a minute, you can press the "Add 30 Sec" pad for an immediate start for 30 seconds, or you can press the "Time Cook" pad enter the seconds and then press "Start".
