“I bought this microwave in Jan 2020... the turntable makes a very loud noise...what is wrong?”

My first one rattled too. Exchange it! It's an occasional glitch!

We are sorry to hear the turntable operation is loud and apologize for any concern this has caused. Make sure the turntable is centered and seated properly (placed right side up).
