Hi Jimmy - You will choose convection cooking mode when baking or browning is desired. Follow the cooking times provided on the frozen pizza packaging. Cooking times will vary based on size, type, etc. Some foods may cook a bit faster since a fan is circulating the heat. We suggest to check the pizza at the minimum time provided.
