Where is the stove top light located on this model and how many bulbs does it use? I prefer the lighting to be in the front. I also prefer a mute option. null

Hi NewburyOh - The cooktop light is located near the front and center. It is equipped with a  130 volt, 50 watt (max.) halogen bulb. It also has Mute feature. Press and hold “0” for 3 seconds to switch the sound on or off.
