• A:Answer The JVM1339WW002 offered 1.3 cubic foot capacity. All of our current microwaves offer larger capacity ovens and will fit in the same 30" wide opening. The PVM9179DRWW offers a larger capacity oven, many great cooking features such as sensor cook, convection cook and air fry. We do recommend using the mounting bracket and hardware that will be packaged with the new model.

Q: QuestionI have a model #JVM3160DF3BB and the door glass shattered while cooking last night. would like to purchase a new one but use the same mounting brackets. will this model work it does not have the 3 in it. And could I use the stainless one?

• A:Answer Yes, there is a charcoal filter on the top side, towards the front. There are 2 grease filters on the bottom (towards the rangetop). When the grease filters appear dirty/greasey, then it's time to replace or spray with degreaser and rinse off with a hose, dry and put back in.
