• Installation is not included with the price and it is somewhat time consuming especially if you've never installed a microwave before. It is important to read and understand the directions if doing it yourself.

• No, they normally charge fore installation. It is an ok DIY project, if you are at all handy, but it is scary to make holes in your brand new cabinet, and wrestling it into place is a bit of a challenge, and requires 2 able-bodied people.

• No, I used a handyman and the sales people taught me how to rotate the fan so I would not burn up the unit and then I could teach the handyman.

• No, its not, but the Geek Squad makes quick work out of the installation. Not worth saving a few bucks trying to struggle with it yourself.

• Installation not included in the retail price. However, it was an exact match to my old unit, thus, it was a simple install. Took two people though, because of the weight and dimentions of the install
