We are sorry to hear your GE microwave model JVM1440WD (Dimensions: 16 1/2 H x 29 7/8 W x 14 5/16 D) needs replacing and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. All GE 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width, and are designed to fit into a 30" wide x 12" deep (min.) cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement. Model JVM6172DKWW is a great choice (Dimensions: 16 5/16 H x 29 7/8 W x 15 9/16 D).
