“Has anyone elese noticed that this microwave is abnormally loud during normal use? Ours has been obnoxiously loud from day one. I turned the exhaust fan for ductles instalation so that's not an issue.”

It can be normal to notice certain sounds when the microwave is in use. This is due to the internal fan operating automatically. You may notice the internal fan run continue to run for a few seconds after the microwave cycle is complete, even if the door is opened.
