“Is there a temperature adjust ability for the top freezer of this unit? I have the bottom fridge set to “coldest” but the freezer doesn’t seem to be as cold as it should be. Ice cream is never hard and freezable ice packs don’t fully freeze.”

The GPE12FSKSB does not have a separate temperature control for the freezer. The freezer compartment will be colder when the fresh food compartment temperature is lower. If your ice cream is too soft, you may need to experiment to determine the best location to keep your ice cream at the right serving temperature. The coldest location is typically at the rear of the freezer. -Don@GEAppliances
