Hello, thanks for reaching out to us and congratulations on your new purchase! We understand that having frost in a frost free freezer can be alarming, and we apologize. This could be happening for a few reasons: the shelves are wet, the door is left open, or the doors are open too frequently. To troubleshoot, make sure the door is not held open even by packaging, open the door less often, and make sure the shelves are dry.
