It shouldn't be a problem. We have ours in our garage and it's working fine. Just make sure it doesn't get too hot in there.

We do not recommend installing a refrigerator where temperatures will go below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. At this temperature, the unit is less efficient and will continue to lose efficiency as the outdoor temperature decreases. At 32 degrees, there is no cooling capability at all. See the following link- REFRIGERATOR INSTALLATION LOCATION AND TEMPERATURE: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=16910 - Also, take advantage of stock-up opportunities with a GE Appliances freezer. We have chest freezers from compact to full size with flexible storage that keeps your frozen goods organized and easy to access. GE upright freezers are perfect for freezing food while taking less floor space in your home or garage. The upright design and adjustable shelves make it easy to open the freezer door and find your item. 2018 GE upright and chest freezers are garage ready and are proven to perform at room temperatures ranging between 0 degrees F and 110 degrees F.
