Watts? At start and run? null

This air conditioner uses 440 watts while cooling. The surge (or startup) power when the compressor cycles on is approximately 2 times the running power and lasts only a second or two. Therefore, the surge power is approximately 880 watts for this model. For more information, check out the rating plate on the unit and the Electrical Requirements section on page 9 of the Owner’s Manual.
