You can change the hinges to open from either side.

Reversing the door handles or door swing on a refrigerator is considered part of the installation process. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This refrigerator has "screw holes" on both left & right side. So, yes, it can open on left OR right side. The box for the refrigerator doesnt have the door already mounted/screwed. The delivery person(s) screws the refrigerator door onto the refrigerator after he opens the box. So you can tell the delivery person to mount the door on the right. Or, you can do it yourself after the delivery person set up the refrigerator.
