“In one of the product photos, this refrigerator is installed flush with a right-side wall, and the door, which has right-side hinges, is open at 90 degrees. Does that mean the produce drawers will open in this setup? No need to switch to left side?”

I have a wall but I can easy open the drawers including freezer I’m very happy with this refrigerator is very spacious hope the pictures help.

After double checking, you will be able to open the drawers in the fresh food section with the doors open at 90 degrees. We do ask that you keep in mind that, when it's time to clean the unit, the doors must be fully open/past 90 degrees to remove the drawers.
