“Can the rear roller legs be lowered or removed to fit under the cabinet as I am at exactly 68.5 inches from floor to bottom if cabinet”

The front of the fridge is a couple of inches higher than the rear due to the mechanisms needed to open the doors. You may not have an issue as this higher front part is only about 6 inches deep.
