Q: QuestionHow to stop occasionnal noise when You don’t install the water Line and icemaker, about once an hour a Grindind noise for about 5 second

• A:Answer Hi Steve - Thanks for choosing GE Model GWE19JSLSS! If you hear buzzing from your refrigerator, it is most likely coming from the icemaker or water valve as it's trying to fill with water. This would occur approximately every 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours. The buzzing noise would be be heard approximately every 15 minutes (every time the icemaker calls for water). If a water line is not installed, be certain to turn off the icemaker. On models with the XWF filter (many bottom-freezer and side-by-side models), you may hear the sound for 5 seconds about once every hour. It is caused by an isolation valve that is designed to help prevent major leaks from the filter. Again, to keep the buzzing from occurring, make sure the icemaker is turned joff if water is not connected to the refrigerator. • A:Answer Total interior width is about 28". 3 shelves, depths of about 12, 12, & 14". Plus 3 shelves on each door, each about 9" wide and 8" deep. One full-width drawer at the bottom, 2 half-width drawers above that. Total interior height is about 37".

The refrigerator requires a 115 or 120 volt individual, properly grounded branch circuit with a 3 prong grounding type receptacle, protected by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse. Should be on a dedicated circuit. This is recommended for best performance and to prevent overloading house wiring circuits. The rating plate on the unit has exact amps/watts. There are settings for the ideal temperature to store meat, beverage, produce, and on some models cheese, and citrus. You can set the temperature control to 32 degrees for meat. Thanks for checking. • A:Answer Hello Artnos - Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! This refrigerator model has the Door Alarm feature. It helps ensure food preservation is maximized by signaling if the fresh food door(s) or freezer drawer has been left ajar. When the fresh food door(s) has been left open longer than 2 minutes, a beeping signal will sound .Excessive warm air filtration into a refrigerator rapidly increases the inside temperature. Temperatures higher than 44 degrees can result in rapid food spoilage as well as additional energy needed to re-cool the interior. We hope this information is helpful. Olga

• A:Answer Hhi Epid - The refrigerator has adjustable front legs/roller only at the front corners of the refrigerator. They should be set so the refrigerator is firmly positioned on the floor, and the front is raised just enough that the door closes easily when opened about halfway. Q: QuestionWhat water filter is used with this fridge and approximately how often does it need to be changed? I have model GWF filters. Will those work?

• A:Answer Hi - This model is compatible with MWF (XWF on select models manufactured after June 2018). There is a replacement indicator light for the water filter cartridge. The filter cartridge should be replaced when the replacement indicator light turns red (6 months) or if the flow of water to the dispenser or icemaker decreases.
