Sorry I didn't get that Model but the French door, us great with a little space on side of course.

The water dispenser is accessible with the left door opened 90 degrees, but it is not an ideal installation and it may be more of an inconvenience to use. Also, also you may be unable to remove drawers or open them fully if the doors cannot open to a full 155 degrees.
