We had the same problem. There was a worker in our house at the time and he grabbed a rubber hammer and gave it a couple of whacks and they have stayed on ever since. I know it sounds kind of funny, but that's all I know about it.

We can understand how frustrating this must be and we are happy to help! - Once aligned with the mounting fasteners, the handle must be pulled firmly to the right until you hear it click and it feels locked into place. Please read over the steps in the Use and Care Manual on page 21 for attaching the handles. After you follow these instructions, if the handles continue to fall off, the mounting fasteners on the doors may need to be tightened. You will want to remove the handles by reversing the steps above, use a screwdriver to tighten the fasteners, and then attempt to reconnect the handles. - If you find that the handles continues to fall or believe that the handles or mounting fasteners may be damaged, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page online and we will be happy to help you with this further. We hope you find this information helps. Have a great day!-Avery@GEA
