“I have GE Microwave with a 30" trim kit. When installation completed, the face of the unit is not plumb, but platform is level. a square shows the face is not perpendicular to the shelf, so the trim doesn't line up. Anyplace I can call for help?”

You would need to either cut a strip of wood or metal to put under you platform that brings door opening in line with trim kit or adjust your trim kit to just match up to opening of Microwave so door opens smoothly. Though the appearance may be off a little.
