Hi dans - We certainly appreciate your loyalty! Model JES2051SNSS is designed for countertop use. This model is not compatible with a trim kit. If it will be used on a counter, JES2051SNSS (stainless/black) and PES7227SLSS (stainless/gray) are comparable. If your current model is installed with a trim kit, we suggest GE Profile™ 2.2 Cu. Ft. Built-In Sensor Microwave Oven Model #: PEB7227ANDD. Trim Kits JX7227SLSS (27" Stainless steel); JX7230SLSS (30" Stainless steel) are sold separately. I don’t the answer to question not familiar with that model We replaced our existing microwave with exactly same way me that faked after 9.5yrs of use
