Hi berroo1- The power level can only be changed for the Time cook feature (Note: Models produced before 2016 were able to change the Express Cook power level). Press Time Cook. Enter cooking time. Press Power Level. Select desired power level 1–10. Press START. After you have entered your cook time press power level and then a numb er corresponding to how powerful you want to cook with 10 being high and 1 being very, very low.

Press time cook and enter your cooking time. Then press power level and select your power level 1-9. Each number represents 10 percent. For example power level 7 = 70 percent.
