Hello Reyes - Thank you for reaching out about your microwave needs. We are sorry to hear your current microwave is having some problems. This model JES2051SNSS is a counter top only model and not approved for built-in installation. The model that will fit your cabinet cutout without modification is PEB7227ANDD. This will require a new trim kit, as they are made model specific. Trim kit JX7227SLSS is the 27" kit and JX7230SLSS is the 30" trim kit. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - JB
