Try Sharp Customer Service 1st to see if they have a replacement for their discontinued model. This model GE #JES2051SNSS. is for countertop use. If you would to purchase a GE, Contact GE Customer Service. They are very helpful. GE microwaves are not compatible with other brand microwaves & vise versa. Just like mixing any to different companies like Chevrolet & Toyota.
