We are sorry to hear that your microwave has reached the end of life. When replacing the microwave then the trim kit will also need to be replaced as any new microwave is not compatible with the old trim kit. The good thing is that the new microwave and new trim kit will fit in the same opening of your cabinet. The new model microwave is PEB7227ANDD and then either Trim Kit Required - JX7227SLSS (Stainless steel) for 27" wide cabinet or JX7230SLSS (Stainless steel) for 30" wide cabinet. By the way the microwave will be black and then the trim kit is stainless steel in color. Hope this helps. Geoff@GEA
