“We just purchased one of these units. It washes and then shuts off. Does not complete the whole wash, rinse, and spin cycle. Any help would be appreciated.”

• Mine stops for a few seconds or a minute then starts again. And finishes washing.

Check house circuit breakers/fuses. Turn breaker off and back on again. The electronics may need to be reset. Unplug washer, wait 2 minutes, plug back in and press Start.
