Mine stops for a few seconds or a minute then starts again. And finishes washing.

Make sure cord is plugged securely into a working outlet. Check house circuit breakers/fuses. Turn breaker off and back on again. The electronics may need to be reset. Unplug washer, wait 2 minutes, plug back in and press Start. For reference and troubleshooting tips, see page 18 of the Owner's Manual at the following link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90581-3.pdf - A service technician may be required for an accurate diagnosis. For service, please schedule an appointment with GE Appliances Factory Service at GEAppliances.com: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm?ICID=GEARsupportflyout-service - We hope this is helpful. Keep in touch! Sue
