Q: QuestionMy dryer is extremely loud even with a small load. Is this normal
Asked by Chief.
- A:Answer Normal sounds include a squeak when the Dryer is started. This start-up squeak should go away after the first few seconds of operation. You should also hear the sound of the drum as it turns. If you hear thumping, humming, squeak that starts when dryer heated up but not when it is cool, or a squeaking that is very short and repeats every few seconds, then we recommend contacting GE Appliances Bodewell Service at (833) 426-3393.

Asked by Di.
- A:Answer The washer is not limited by the number of queen sheets specifically; however, the dry items must be loaded loosely in the washer basket with ample room to move freely and sit beneath the balance ring for the best results. Additionally, be sure that you do not wrap the sheets around the agitator. Please review page 11 in the manual for further details on loading. Q: QuestionDoes this washer have a history of vibrating during spin cycle
Asked by luckylin.
- A:Answer You will experience normal vibration and nothing excessive. If desired, you can purchase some Anti-Vibration pads. It is best to install this on a firm flooring to minimize vibration during the spin cycle. Concrete flooring is best, but a wood base is sufficient, provided the floor support meets FHA standards. This unitized laundry unit shouldn't be installed on rugs. Thanks for checking. Joyce@GEAppliances
