Hi Ann- Thanks for choosing GE! This base cover is shipped on top of the washer, nestled in the top Styrofoam (EPS) packing tray. We suggest checking the shipping box/carton the unit came in. If missing from your new unit, you may want to call BestBuy regarding exchanges- 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).
