Hi! Thanks for asking. The spin speed for this washer is 750 RPMs. Also, we do not rate the sound level of our washers, which means we are unable to provide a decibel level while they are running. - The tub is Stainless Steel and this model is not Energy Star Qualified. We do recommend using HE detergent due to them being low-sudsing and specially formulated for high efficiency washers to provide excellent whitening, stain removal and clothes care. Hope this helps!
