“I fill the softener and when I run the machine, the softener doesn’t drain from the compartment. Is there a button on the control panel I’m supposed to be pushing to allow this”

• Yes, be sure you select Deep Rinse using the Options pad when you wish to use fabric softener. -Vikki@GEAppliances
