This dark matte finish is inspired by the rich texture of stone. The sides, case and accent parts are Dorian Gray (dark gray). This appliance resists fingerprints and doesn't show dirt. To clean, wipe with a soft clean cloth using a mild household detergent then dry with a clean soft cloth. We hope this helps! -Chris
