Q: QuestionDoes Model GTS22KGNRWW have wheels for moving the unit?
Asked by Gary.
- A:Answer Hello- We appreciate your interest in our Top-Mount refrigerator. This model has roller wheels on the front right and left. If you need to move the refrigerator you will turn the leveling legs at each front corner of the refrigerator counterclockwise until the rollers support the refrigerator. Pull the refrigerator straight out and return it to position by pushing it straight in. After rolling the refrigerator back into place, turn the legs clockwise until the legs again bear the weight of the refrigerator. We hope this is helpful! If you have any questions in the future, please let us know. We are happy to help! Joyce@GEA

Q: QuestionIf garage ready is from 38 to 110 degrees, how would it perform in a winter in WI? My garage will have several days where it dips below 0 but we definitely will have at least 2 months of 0 to 38 degrees. Will this fridge work or should I keep looking?

This question was asked about the related product: GE - 33 in. Wide 21.9 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator with Garage Ready Performance - Slate
- A:Answer Hello and thanks for asking. The Garage-ready refrigerators have been designed and extensively tested for use in a garage environment, performing in ambient temperatures from 38°F to 110°F. It will not work properly when temperatures get below 38 degrees or above 110 degrees. We would not recommend placing or operating this refrigerator in a garage with temperatures below 38 degrees. Hope this helps. Geoff@GEA

Q: QuestionI'm concerned about having enough width space with the fridge door OPEN. With a a maximum space of 34 1/8", a wall to the fridge's left and a counter to its right (and the fridge door handle on the RIGHT side), will I be able to open the fridge door?
Asked by ShaniNJ.
- A:Answer Hello there, Thanks so much for reaching out. We're happy to help! A standard counter is 25 inches deep and the depth of this fridge is 34-1/2". To open the fridge to 90 degrees a width of 35-3/8" is needed. Since the refrigerator will stick out further than the cabinet and counting for the minimum of 1/8" clearance on each side, you should have no issues opening the door. You can also check out the spec sheet for more dimensions. https://files.bbystatic.com/nQLEej7qKR%2Bw7oGr6PRelA%3D%3D/a17f3a77-d788-49d6-82a7-c3d1241959ea.pdf. We hope this helps. Mike@GEA

Q: QuestionI received my fridge today, I plugged it in and it’s making a helicopter noise and it’s coming from the freezer fan area is this normal?
Asked by Busybeeeee.
- A:Answer Hello L, Good question! We first want to congratulate you on your new GE Appliance. We appreciate your business, and would be happy to help you. We can assure you that the noise you're hearing is completely normal. This happens when the refrigerator is first plugged in after installation, when the doors are opened frequently or when a large amount of food is added to the refrigerator. The fans are helping to maintain the correct temperatures. For more troubleshooting information, use the following link to the owner's manual: (Page 18 for sounds) https://files.bbystatic.com/4d7waeBMdcjfoaV5Avo59Q%3D%3D/53ce3fc1-0288-4f56-b7bc-63983cb57416.pdf It's been a pleasure assisting you. Q: QuestionI'm having trouble figuring out how to level the fridge, I see the leveling legs but don't know how to adjust them.
Asked by HiImCinthia.
- A:Answer You have to turn them. They are on a bolt that screws in and out. Frame design makes it kind of hard to get any tool under the refrigerator to get a grip on them if they have been screwed in tight, like mine is.
