Can the doors be reversed ? null

Yes. When they deliver it, they will put it on what ever side you want it on. I believe you can also do it yourself.

Yes but make sure the people doing it know what they are doing, had to have service come out again "to put the screws in the right holes!" and now it seals correctly and works great.
