It’s normal for one door to briefly pop open when the other is closed on a two-door refrigerator, due to shared air channels between the fridge and freezer. Closing a door quickly can force air into the other compartment, causing this to happen. To help prevent it, make sure the fridge is properly leveled (with the front slightly higher), the door gaskets are clean and lubricated, nothing inside is blocking the doors, and placing heavier items in the freezer door can also help keep it closed. -Kacie@GEAppliances
