Hi CarlG! We appreciate your question. We're sorry that your freezer section is having some frost build up. We see how this can be frustrating. If the doors are opened frequently or left open, this could cause frost in the freezer. You can remove any visible frost build-up with a dry towel. You can also turn the control to a warmer setting. To change the temperature, press and release the Freezer pad. The display will show the set temperature. You will then press the Freezer pad until the desired temperature is displayed.
