This model has a single compressor for both sections; it is equipped with TwinChill™ Evaporators. Dual evaporators maintain separate environments in both the fresh food and freezer compartments to manage temperature and humidity levels and keep foods fresh. Cold, dry air stays in the freezer compartment to prevent freezer burn, and more humid air stays in the fresh food section to keep fresh food fresh longer. We hope this helps. Thanks for checking. Q: QuestionWhat would cause frost build up in the freezer section of a brand new GYE22GYNFS? (It is two days old.) The refrigerator is level and the door closes completely.

• A:Answer Hi CarlG! We appreciate your question. We're sorry that your freezer section is having some frost build up. We see how this can be frustrating. If the doors are opened frequently or left open, this could cause frost in the freezer. You can remove any visible frost build-up with a dry towel. You can also turn the control to a warmer setting. To change the temperature, press and release the Freezer pad. The display will show the set temperature. You will then press the Freezer pad until the desired temperature is displayed. DC Refrigeration gives you the ability to keep food cold from the time they leave the driveway until they arrive at their destination. We have two top freezer models with the following approximate dimensions (59-1/2"H x 23-5/8"W x 25-1/4"). You can search for the following model numbers: GPV10FGNBB and GPV10FSNSB. - We also offer two under the counter models with the following approximate dimensions (34-1/8" x 23-5/8" x 23-3/4"D). Those model numbers are as follows: GCV06GGNBB and GCV06GSNSB. If you are looking for another model, we would recommend checking with your RV manufacturer before purchasing. We hope that this helps! The Space Saving icemaker stores 3.8 lbs of ice that can be dispensed through dispenser on the door or by removing the ice bucket from the door.
