“Is the refrigerator supposed to completely move when pulling out the freezer? I find I have to brace one hand on the top when pulling the freezer drawer out in order for the refrigerator not to move.”

Hi Unstable- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Thanks for choosing our GE® 22.7 CU. FT. FRENCH-DOOR REFRIGERATOR GNS23GMHES! Adjustable legs at the front corners of the refrigerator should be set so the refrigerator is firmly positioned on the floor, and the front is raised just enough that the door closes easily when opened about halfway. To adjust the leveling legs, turn the legs clockwise to raise the refrigerator, counterclockwise to lower it.
