    • Answer Hello - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. This is a beautiful refrigerator. The approximate dimensions of this refrigerator are: 68-1/2 in High x 32-3/4 in Wide x 34-7/8 in Deep. The required air clearances are: 2" in the back, 1/8" on each side and 1" on the top.   • QuestionIs the refrigerator supposed to completely move when pulling out the freezer? I find I have to brace one hand on the top when pulling the freezer drawer out in order for the refrigerator not to move.

    • Answer Hi Unstable- This is Sue at GE Appliances. Thanks for choosing our GE® 22.7 CU. FT. FRENCH-DOOR REFRIGERATOR GNS23GMHES! Adjustable legs at the front corners of the refrigerator should be set so the refrigerator is firmly positioned on the floor, and the front is raised just enough that the door closes easily when opened about halfway. To adjust the leveling legs, turn the legs clockwise to raise the refrigerator, counterclockwise to lower it.   • Questiondoes GE make a "side by side" frig less than 68 inches tall that is similar in size to the 22.7 cubic ft GNS23GGHBB "french door" frig?

    • Answer Hi-this is Sue from GE Appliances. It's exciting to hear of your interest! The height to the top of the case is 67 3/4". The overall height (including the hinge) is 68 1/2"H. We currently do not offer a french-door model in black with an overall height less than 68". Thanks for checking with us!
