• A:Answer There is not a bulb that needs replacement. If you have not already done so, disconnect power to the unit for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. if the issue persists once power is restored, refer to page 11 of the online Owner's Manual for the details of the warranty. Q: QuestionDoes the LED bulb have to be replaced..? My panel does not illuminate. Also unit shuts off with no water in bucket. Can you help?

• A:Answer We recommend unplugging your unit for several minutes to reset the electronics. If that doesn’t help, see the “Bucket fills up when using drain pump” troubleshooting section on page 9 of the Owner’s Manual, which can be viewed at the bottom of the Features tab on the product page of the Best Buy website.
