Hello there - We really appreciate you reaching out. This side-by-side refrigerator has smooth-surface high gloss black finish doors with a color-matched textured steel case. To prevent scratching, do not use the following for cleaning: stainless steel cleaners, soap-filled scouring pads, abrasive cleaners, bleach or any product containing chlorine bleach, abrasive cloths and paper towels, window sprays, ammonia, vinegar or acidic/vinegar-based cleaners, oven cleaners, or alkaline cleaners.
