Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Installer told us it takes 24 hrs to get a full bin of ice made. He said to let it run the cycle twice dumping out ice that was made to clear the lines of any oil or debris that were there. JUST make sure the unit is turned on - we didn’t and wasted the first 24 hrs. After turning on and following directions we have not had any issues at all.

This is a very nice model and we're sure you will love it. It normally takes about 24 hours after a new refrigerator is installed before the icemaker gets cold enough to make ice. We hope this helps!
