We do not rate the sound level of our refrigerators or freezers, which means we are unable to provide a decibel level while they are running. The type of installation (built-in or freestanding), floor type (wood, tile) and room acoustics can all affect the normal operating sounds that you may hear. You should be pleased with your choice. • I think it is exceptionally quiet when running. It is also very energy efficient.

• We feel that it is very quiet. The loudest thing is the ice dumping which is still quieter than our previous ice maker.
