Hi Rouge55 - Thanks for your purchase! We are happy to provide assistance. When the refrigerator starts back up after being shut down for a time (installation, moving, etc.), moisture may build up inside. This is normal and should go away after about 24 hours or once the refrigerator has stabilized at temperature. If the doors are opened frequently, warm and/or humid air enters the refrigerator. If the doors do not close completely, warm and/or humid air will collect inside. Check for food items that are blocking door closure. Make sure it is leveled properly to ensure the doors close properly. Check door alignment. If the doors are uneven, refer to your Installation Instructions at the following link: http://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-60758.pdf - If you need further assistance, to schedule service online, 24 hours a day, visit us at GEAppliances.com, or call 800.GE.CARES (800.432.2737). We hope this is helpful. Keep in touch! SUEatGEA
