If the doors are opened frequently, left open, or even left slightly ajar, it would not be unusual to see a frost build-up on the shelves, packages, or walls in the freezer section of your refrigerator. There are a few things we recommend trying that may improve this. Firstly, you can try removing any visible frost build-up with a dry towel. Make sure the doors are closed properly. Check the door gasket for any cuts, tears or rips. If present, it needs to be replaced. It also helps to make sure the appliance and it's doors are level.
