Q: QuestionWhy does every load I do come out with the cups and bowls on the top rack having pools of dirty water on them?? I have cleaned it out and run it through with no dishes, but they are still having the dirty water on them!

Since this poor wash performance could be caused by a few different reasons, we encourage you review the article titled, "Dishwasher - Poor Wash Performance," found by typing that title into the search bar on our website. Additionally, proper loading will ensure optimal wash performance and pages 15 and 16 of the owner's manual offer loading guidelines for your dishwasher: https://files.bbystatic.com/NsOaz5hQ5gdU3p6EfsK%2FGg%3D%3D/a16e91f3-13a0-4c02-bd85-dc04a33c967e.pdf. If wanting to reset your dishwasher, you can do so by disconnecting power from the unit for 2-3 minutes. With that said, we hope everything is okay with your dishwasher. • A:Answer Hi - We are so sorry to hear about the difficulty you are having with your dishwasher. With a new installation, we would recommend you double check to be sure the dishwasher was connected to the hot water supply line under the sink (in most installations). If the dishwasher was inadvertently connected to the cold water supply, this would definitely effect the wash performance. Next, we would recommend checking to ensure you have a minimum of 120 degree F. water coming into the unit. You can do this by checking the temperature of the hot water at the sink closest to the dishwasher with a candy thermometer. If the water isn't at least 120 degrees, you will need to adjust the temperature on your hot water heater. If these two items check out, we would recommend service. We do hope this helps. • A:Answer Hi Lin! Thanks for your question! This dishwasher is not able to accommodate replacement panels for another finish. There are three Stainless Steel dishwasher models with front controls that also have the Made in America seal though. • A:Answer Hi Bob165, thanks for reaching out to us and for your patience. We truly appreciate your interest in this fantastic built-in dishwasher and are happy to offer you some guidance in this question! Because the interior temperature is dependent on your incoming water temperature and can vary based on different cycle selections, we are unable to determine an exact ending temperature during the rinse cycle. However, we can tell you that unless you were using an option like Hi Temp Rinse, which this model is not equipped with, the rinse water will be the same temperature as the water used to actually wash the dishes. Additionally, the instructions note that the inlet water should be at least 120°F and no more than 150°F for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage. Given this, it is unlikely that the temperature would be above 155°F during the final rinse, as that would cause etching and may end up causing damage to the unit if the water temperature isn't lowered.
